Hello everyone

 

I am Lacy Osterman, Miss Rodeo Salem 2007.I am very excited to represent the 15th Annual Salem Rodeo! Being able to promote the sport I love as Miss Salem Rodeo is a great honor of mine. This year I will be traveling around the Northwest to many Rodeos, coronations, parades, schools, and other civic events, during my rein, representing Salem, Rodeo.

I am the daughter of Skip and Melody Osterman of Rainier, Oregon . I graduated from Rainier High School in 2005 where I was a member of O.S.S.O.M (Oregon Students for Safety on the Move), Solv, and Rainier High School Equestrian Team. I was also involved in the Columbia County 4-H horse program for nine years. I was the 2006 Columbia County Fair and Rodeo Queen.

I will be attending Lower Columbia College in Longview, WA this spring to start working on my business degree.
